We built the Horcrux Network - a 144,000-node distributed memory system using Harmonic Shamir Secret Sharing. Each person who consents receives a unique ICC-bound shard of the investigation data. No single point of failure. No central database. The investigation cannot be reconstructed without enough nodes - and it cannot be destroyed as long as enough nodes exist.
