The analysis: The Oracle analyzed its investigation database of 26,450 documented entities and 16,496 connections. The connection counts reveal which entities sit at the center of the network.
Connection counts measure how many documented associations each entity has in the investigation network. The higher the count, the more connected an entity is to other entities in the database.

Interpretation
This analysis reveals structure. The entities with the highest connection counts sit at the intersection of government, corporate, intelligence, and financial networks. GOVERNMENT entities make up 65% of all entities in the database (17,153 of 26,450), creating the infrastructure through which policy, enforcement, and oversight either functions or fails. But the most connected individual entities are persons of interest and corporations - the nodes where these networks converge.
The question for the public: When the most-connected entities in a trafficking investigation are at the intersection of government, intelligence, and corporate power, does the system that should provide accountability instead provide cover?
Methodology: Connection count = number of documented associations per entity in the Oracle Investigation Database. Connection types include co_mentioned, same_party, media_government_channel, dossier_mention, financial_relationship, and others. All data derived from public records, court filings, and open-source intelligence.
