THE DOCUMENTED FOUNDATION
Before examining individual cases, the institutional foundation must be established. This is not conspiracy theory. This is congressional testimony and declassified documents.
The Church Committee Revelations (September 16-17, 1975)
- CIA Director William Colby brought a modified pistol to the hearing -- a "nondiscernible microbionoculator" that fired a frozen dart of shellfish toxin (saxitoxin), the width of a human hair and a quarter-inch long
- Charles Senseney, a CIA weapon developer at Fort Detrick, Maryland, testified about delivery devices including an umbrella poison dart gun used silently in crowds
- The CIA retained biological toxins and secret stockpiles in violation of President Nixon's 1969 order to destroy all biological weapons
- Enough saxitoxin to kill approximately 5,000 people was found stored at CIA headquarters
- These findings are part of the Congressional Record and led to President Ford's executive order forbidding political assassination
TIER 1 - VERIFIED: CONGRESSIONAL RECORD
MKNAOMI -- The Biological Weapons Program (1950s-1970s)
- MKNAOMI was a joint DOD/CIA program at Fort Detrick, Maryland
- Researched the aerosol transmission of cancer-causing viruses and "species jumping" viruses to cause cancer in humans
- The Viral Cancer Project produced 60,000 liters of oncogenic (cancer-causing) and immunosuppressive viruses under the guise of cancer research at the National Cancer Institute
- Planned assassinations of Fidel Castro and Patrice Lumumba using exotic biological weapons
- CIA scientist Dr. Sidney Gottlieb (head of MKUltra) led the biological agents work
- Many documents were destroyed by CIA Director Richard Helms in the early 1970s
Documented Castro Assassination Attempts (1960-1965)
- The Church Committee substantiated eight CIA attempts to assassinate Fidel Castro. Cuba estimated 638 total attempts.
- Infected diving suit with Madera foot fungus + tuberculosis bacilli in breathing apparatus
- Poisoned cigars spiked with botulinum toxin
- LSD aerosol for Castro's radio station
- Germ-covered handkerchief to cause severe illness

Frank Olson -- The CIA Murdered Its Own Scientist (1953)
- Frank Olson (1910-1953) -- bacteriologist at Fort Detrick, Acting Chief of Special Operations Division
- Involved in: anthrax use against North Korean civilians; MKUltra/Artichoke programs; cooperation with Japanese/Nazi war criminals' research
- Covertly dosed with LSD by Sidney Gottlieb. Nine days later, "fell" from the 13th floor of the Hotel Statler
- 1994 exhumation: forensic exam found cause of death was a blow to the head -- not a fall
- Eric Olson: "The death of Frank Olson was a murder, not a suicide. He died because of concern that he would divulge information concerning a highly classified CIA program."
- President Gerald Ford personally apologized. Family received $750,000.
If the CIA would murder its own biological weapons researcher to prevent disclosure, the question of whether it would use biological agents against external targets is not hypothetical.
FIRST-PERSON ACCUSATIONS: "THEY GAVE ME CANCER"
These individuals -- or their physicians -- stated on record that they believed their cancer was deliberately induced.
TIER 2 - FIRST-PERSON OR PHYSICIAN CLAIMS
JACK RUBY
Full Name: Jack Leon Ruby (born Jacob Leon Rubenstein)
Cancer: Bronchogenic carcinoma (lung) -- spread to liver and brain
Progression: 25 days from diagnosis to death. Diagnosed Dec 9, 1966. Died Jan 3, 1967.
Why Targeted: Killed Lee Harvey Oswald on Nov 24, 1963 -- silenced the accused JFK assassin. Knew conspiracy details. In prison awaiting retrial when cancer struck.
Died At: Parkland Hospital -- same facility where Oswald died and Kennedy was pronounced dead.
"Ruby told me, he said, 'Well, they injected me for a cold.' He said it was cancer cells. That's what he told me, Ruby did. I said you don't believe that bullshit. He said, 'I damn sure do!'"

Ruby told psychiatrist Werner Teuter the assassination was "an act of overthrowing the government" and that he knew "who had President Kennedy killed." He added: "I am doomed. I do not want to die. But I am not insane. I was framed to kill Oswald."

KWAME TURE (STOKELY CARMICHAEL)
Cancer: Prostate cancer. ~2 years. Treated in Cuba 1996. Died 1998.
Why Targeted: Coined "Black Power." Chairman of SNCC. Black Panther Party. All-African People's Revolutionary Party. Challenged U.S. power structures for decades.
Intelligence: Extensively targeted by FBI COINTELPRO. British Foreign Office's IRD created a fake organization against him (declassified 2022).
Kwame Ture went to his death claiming "without equivocation" that the CIA gave him cancer. His friend Wayne Morris: "I knew Kwame from 1976 -- he never drank or smoked. He was a swimmer, exercised regularly, very conscious of his health."

HUGO CHAVEZ
Cancer: Pelvic cancer (undisclosed type). 21 months from diagnosis to death.
Why Targeted: Nationalized Venezuela's oil. Founded the Bolivarian Alliance. Most vocal critic of U.S. imperialism. CIA backed the 2002 coup attempt against him.

TED GUNDERSON
Cancer: Bladder cancer (official). Physician reported arsenic poisoning -- black fingernails.
Why Targeted: Former head of the Los Angeles FBI. After retirement, exposed government pedophile rings, satanic ritual abuse networks, and CIA drug trafficking.
Dr. Edward Lucidi publicly stated Gunderson was "definitely poisoned with arsenic," citing the black fingernails as evidence.

BOB MARLEY
Cancer: Acral lentiginous melanoma (rare, under toenail). ~4 years. Refused amputation.
Why Targeted: Most influential Third World liberation voice. Survived shooting Dec 3, 1976 -- seven gunmen entered his home.
The Theory: A "Bill Oxley" allegedly confessed to giving Marley radioactive boots. No CIA agent by that name has ever been found. Snopes debunked the claim.
Medical: This melanoma type genuinely occurs under toenails. His refusal of amputation is the documented primary factor in his death.

MAE BRUSSELL
Cancer: "Fast-onset cancer" -- rapid, months from diagnosis to death
Why Targeted: Pioneer conspiracy researcher. 17-year radio show (851 episodes). Researched JFK, Watergate, Manson/intelligence connections. Was investigating the Presidio military base child molestation scandal at time of death.
Death Threats: Multiple threats. March 1988: telephoned death threat caused her to cease broadcasting. Died ~7 months later.

Cancer: Bladder cancer. Six-year battle.
Why Targeted: Produced "America: Freedom to Fascism" challenging the Federal Reserve, IRS, RFID chips. Ran for Nevada governor. Libertarian presidential candidate.
Rockefeller: Claimed Nicholas Rockefeller revealed plans for microchipping and 9/11 beforehand. Single-source, unverifiable.

Cancer: "Very extreme" lung cancer. ~6 months.
Why Targeted: Author of "Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon" exposing military-intelligence connections to 1960s musicians. Also wrote "Programmed to Kill" on serial murder and intelligence. Early 9/11 questioner.
Notable: Died November 22 -- the JFK assassination anniversary.

Cancer: Pancreatic cancer (metastasized to liver). ~8 months.
Why Included: Most subversive comedian in America. Attacked JFK cover-up, Gulf War, Waco siege. Censored by Letterman. Died in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Assessment: No foul play claim exists. Pancreatic cancer at 32 is rare but not unheard of. Tragic natural occurrence.

AGOSTINHO NETO
THE NEW ORLEANS CANCER WEAPON CONNECTION
A murdered cancer researcher, a self-described cancer weapon participant, and a line straight through the JFK assassination.
DR. MARY SHERMAN
Cause: Stabbed eight times, severe burns. Case unsolved.
Role: Cancer researcher at Ochsner Foundation Hospital, New Orleans. Alleged involvement in covert cancer research using a linear particle accelerator.
Connections: Jim Garrison noted: Sherman studied cancer. David Ferrie (Oswald associate) studied cancer as amateur. Jack Ruby -- who shot Oswald -- died of cancer.
Timing: Murdered the same day the Warren Commission arrived in New Orleans.
JUDYTH VARY BAKER
Claims: At 19, recruited by Dr. Alton Ochsner and Dr. Mary Sherman into a CIA project to weaponize lung cancers to kill Castro. Claims she and Oswald were both hired at Reily's Coffee Company as cover. Says Oswald was tasked with protecting her.
Assessment: Single-source, controversial. Not independently verified. She is the sole witness to many claims.

THE QUESTION THIS INVESTIGATION ASKS
This investigation does not claim every cancer death listed here was an assassination. It asks: If a government agency documented producing 60,000 liters of cancer-causing viruses, testified to Congress about undetectable biological weapons, and murdered its own researcher to maintain secrecy -- is it reasonable to dismiss the claims of people who said "they gave me cancer" without investigation?
The capability existed. The intent existed. The targets had motive. Some made the accusation themselves. The question is not whether it is possible. The question is whether it happened -- and that question has never been properly investigated.
